Kilcoyne Farms Sausage

Kilcoyne Farms, in partnership with Executive Chef Richard Brosseau of the Interlaken Inn, Lake Placid, have developed a line of hand-crafted sausage products now available for distribution. All sausage is made using Kilcoyne Farms' Berkshire Pork for a delicious, mouth watering product sure to please the most discriminating palate. Varieties of sausage currently offered are breakfast and Italian, with other varieties in development.
